Specialist scaffolding access was required for an external inspection at a busy town-centre pub. Careful planning and site management kept pedestrians, neighbouring businesses and daily operations safe while the inspection progressed.

Scaffolding access for an external inspection at a busy town-centre pub.

JA Access delivered the complete scaffolding package for an external inspection at a town-centre pub in Barrow-in-Furness, from installation through to safe dismantling.

Situation

The programme covered an external inspection followed by access to the decorative stonework, windows and roof areas. Its busy location created a restricted working environment, requiring every stage to be coordinated around pedestrians, local businesses and activity at the pub.

The Solution

Our team installed scaffolding in accordance with the agreed RAMS and TG20 requirements, providing safe access across each work area. The installation was carefully coordinated to maintain a tidy footprint, minimise disruption and keep the surrounding high street operating as normal.

The Outcome

The external inspection was completed safely, with the programme maintained throughout. The scaffolding was carefully dismantled and the site handed back exactly as planned, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
